Types of Pupil

Nervous Pupils:

Most people are very nervous when they first decide to learn to drive. This is only natural. I will put you at ease so that you can relax and enjoy learning to drive. It is a big achievement to take that first step and book your first lesson. Try not to worry I'm here to help you every step of the way.

Learner Driver with some experience:

Some individuals already have some previous driving experience. If this is you I will first assess your driving. Then help you get your driving to the standard required to pass the driving test. It might suit you to do an intensive course.

Intensive Driving Course:

An intensive course usually consists of thirty hours of tuition over one or two weeks, with the test shortly after. However if you already have some driving experience you can just do the hours you require in a week, then the test.

Semi Intensive Course:

If you are in a hurry to pass your driving test but are unable to commit to a week-long intensive driving course, you can do a Semi Intensive course. This way, you will have one day of driving tuition per week, until you have passed your test. This will get you ready for the test quickly without having to take a week off work.

Passing the Driving Test:

To pass the driving test you have to be a safe driver. I will teach you driving techniques that will keep you in control of the car and make you aware of other road users around you. I will teach you the rules of the road so that you can be confident that you are reading the road correctly and know how to deal with any given road situation. In short I'm going to make you a safe driver.
You are going to pass your Driving Test.

Pass Plus:

The pass plus course gives you six hours of advanced tuition on driving skills in various road situations.
Topics covered: Route Planning, Defensive Driving, Town Driving, Rural Driving, Motorway Driving, Dual Carriageways, Overtaking & Making Progress, Night Driving and finally Driving In Adverse Weather Conditions.

When you have successfully completed the Pass Plus course you will receive a certificate which you can use to get a discount on your car insurance. More importantly the skills you will develop will give you confidence and help keep you safe on the road.

Advanced Driving:

Why do an advanced driving course?

Whatever your reason whether it's just for your own piece of mind, cheaper car insurance or as a job requirement. The advanced driving course will get you to a higher standard of driving. You will be more aware of hazards. Better able to forward plan and drive defensively and avoid accidents.

Refresher course:

If you have a full driving licence but haven't driven for a while a refresher lesson is for you. You can polish up your driving skills and regain your confidence to get back on the road. You can book refresher lessons by the hour or book a course of lessons, which ever suits you best.
